Abby used to be a human that would heavily depend on being a sugar baby for a living. She eventually messes with the wrong guy who kidnaps Abby and poisons her with mana so he can sell her organs. While Abby was able to escape, she transformed into a drude and panics. She runs away into the woods and takes shelter into an abandoned school dormitory. Little did Abby know, the dormitory was actually haunted by a ghost from the 1930s named Bethany. The two actually become friends because Bethany is happy to finally get some company. While the two lived a boring, monotonous life, it quickly gets interrupted by the sound of singing. Abby goes out and investigates to discover April, a siren that lost her memory that was in fatal condition. Abby takes April to the dormitory and helps her nuture back to health. This then kickstarts the idea of opening up the dormitory as a hotel, a safe haven for weaker drudes like herself and April. The three open up an inn and call it the Crow's Nest. Later on, they eventually hire Carson as a bus boy (he came upon similar cirumcstances as April) and eventually Gabriel (Abby's younger brother that was looking for Abby). While Abby is starting to feel a sense of selflessness, she still can't help but occasionally see others as pawns. The inn eventually attracts the attention of Andreas, the sin of greed. The nature of the talisman starts to attract Abby and makes her mind even more clouded than it already is. This causes a conflict within Abby, which risks her relapsing back to the person she originally was.
